We’re Hiring: Junior Risk Analyst (Full-Time)

We are looking for an immediate joiner for this role with a monthly salary range of RM 4,000 – RM 5,000.

Your Playground:

• End-to-End Exposure: Support the credit and risk lifecycle, from program-based underwriting and decision engine logic to portfolio management.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor the health of our regional Consumer and Merchant portfolios, identifying trends and emerging risks.
• Strategy Optimization: Assist in refining model strategies and risk-reward frameworks to drive sustainable growth.
• Decision Science: Help manage and fine-tune our automated decision engines to ensure high-quality, real-time lending decisions.

️ What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or credit risk (FinTech or banking background is a plus, but brilliant fresh graduates with a quantitative edge are welcome!).
• The Toolkit: Proficiency in SQL and Python is non-negotiable. You should be comfortable manipulating datasets to pull actionable tracking data.
• Data Viz: Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau to build or update risk dashboards is preferred.
• Domain Context: A basic understanding of how merchant platforms or consumer lending segments operate.
• The Startup Energy: You are proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to build while doing.
