Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Responsible for operational training administration and compliance across Operations and Engineering functions. Ensures all mandatory certifications, licences, and regulatory training requirements are maintained accurately and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Operational & Engineering Training

  • Coordinate training programmes for Operations and Engineering teams
  • Administer mandatory training requirements (e.g. safety, equipment handling, process training)
  • Maintain training schedules aligned to production and operational needs
  • Partner with line managers to ensure workforce training readiness

2.    Certification & Licence Management

  • Maintain and track mandatory licences and certifications, including: First Aiders, Forklift operators and Safety and regulatory certifications etc.
  • Monitor expiry dates and coordinate renewals
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory and internal audit requirements

3.    Training Administration

  • Manage end-to-end training logistics, enrolment, and attendance tracking
  • Maintain training records in LMS or central trackers
  • Ensure accurate documentation for all training activities

4.    Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • Ensure all training documentation is complete and audit-ready
  • Support internal and external audits relating to training compliance
  • Track mandatory training completion rates and escalate gaps

5.    Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare regular reports on training completion and compliance status
  • Support process improvements to enhance training tracking and effectiveness

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, training coordination, or L&D support
  3. Exposure to manufacturing / engineering / semiconductor environment preferred
  4. Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  5. Good communication skills, with ability to work with technical stakeholders
  6. Proficient in MS Office; experience with LMS or training systems is an advantage
  7. Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
