Role Description This full-time hybrid role is based in Singapore River, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Data Analyst / Junior Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to support business reporting and decision-making. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards and reports, preparing regular performance summaries, and creating ad hoc analyses for stakeholders. The person in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, translate business questions into analytical tasks, and present clear, actionable insights. Additional responsibilities include monitoring data quality, documenting reporting processes, and helping optimize analytics workflows and data visualizations.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.
• Proficiency with data tools such as spreadsheets, SQL, and basic business intelligence or reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Ability to create clear, accurate reports and dashboards, and explain findings in accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to data validation, quality checks, and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across functions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a junior data, reporting, or business analytics role is an advantage but not strictly required for entry-level applicants.
• Familiarity with basic data visualization principles and storytelling with data is beneficial.
• Interest in continuous learning in analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
