Software System Engineer (Day 2 Support / DevOps)

We are hiring a skilled Software System Engineer to support Day 2 operations, production maintenance, and DevOps for mission-critical systems in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)

• Manage deployments, rollbacks, and post-deployment validation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, and Git

• Deploy and support applications on Docker, Kubernetes, and Podman

• Monitor system health, logs, and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, and Zabbix

• Support Linux/Windows servers, patching, automation, and environment management

• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance requirements

• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in DevOps / Production Support / System Engineering

• Strong experience in Linux, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, Jenkins

• Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, PowerShell)

• Familiarity with React, Node.js, and Spring Boot

• Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and cybersecurity practices

Preferred Skills:

• VMware, Kafka, API integrations

• HA/DR, SonarQube, ITIL processes

Work Environment:

• 24/7 operational support with standby and after-hours deployment when required.
