Full Time Technical Lead – Full Stack AI - Google Cloud Jobs, in Elliott Moss Consulting - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience and 3+ years leading technical teams to drive the design and delivery of AI-powered, cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Generative AI, modern full-stack development, and cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical design, architecture, and delivery of AI-powered applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using GCP services and modern architectures.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini, RAG, vector search, and LLMs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and conduct architecture and code reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, security, governance, and AI best practices throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development and Technical Leadership.
• Strong backend expertise in Python, Java, Golang, or Node.js with REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM, and Cloud Build.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Search, and Generative AI.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Terraform, and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Cloud Code Assist.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, security, monitoring, and observability.

Preferred:

• Experience in System Integration or Consulting environments.
• Exposure to Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of data engineering, BigQuery, ETL/ELT, Pub/Sub, and Dataflow.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solutioning, and client presentations.
