Job Description & Requirements

Job Summary

Support project management by coordinating site activities and stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of mechanical and electrical engineering works in office fit-out and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document site progress to ensure accurate tracking of project execution
• Develop and maintain schedules for work activities and inspections to meet project timelines
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, main contractors, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth site operations
• Report project progress and issues regularly to the Project Manager for informed decision-making
• Assist the Project Manager with ad-hoc tasks to support overall project delivery

Requirement

• NTC, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary systems in the Singapore context
• Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering related works within office fit-out and construction industries
• Immediate availability and current residency in Singapore
• Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
