Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

DC Group Management

  • Group Lead for DC leads, manages and conducts Document Control activities for Corporate and Projects (during Project Execution) It includes Engineering Document Management System (EDMS)
  • Environment Setup, ensuring all Project assignees can use EDMS smoothly, EDMS
  • Troubleshooting, Management of Corporate/Project Documents including Supplier Documents,
  • Document Status Reporting and generation of Project Handover Documents/Dossiers as per Corporate Management and Project Management Request.

DC Setup and Development

  • Develop Corporate Project or Technical Standards and Procedure for Document Management/Information Management.
  • Customization of Corporate/Project Document Management System (ProArc, etc.).
  • Document Management Environment Setup (Corporate, Project).

DC Administration Management and Troubleshooting

  • Administration of EDMS/DMS users.
  • EDMS/DMS Troubleshooting.
  • Management of Corporate/Project/Engineering Documents.

DC Reporting, Handover and Others

  • Reporting of Document Status and Project Progress.
  • Generate Project Handover Document/Dossiers.
  • Other ad-hoc activities as per Corporate Management or Project Management Instruction.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education preferably in business administration and/or related.
  • Minimum 10 - 15 years and above of document control/management experience in oil & gas industry preferably from offshore EPCI(O) and/or FPSO/FSO related aspect.
  • Experience with setting up/using EDMS application (e.g. ProArc, etc.) will be advantageous.
  • Experience in working with databases would be added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Organized and meticulous individual who is able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with structure and processes.
