Responsibilities
Job Requirement:
- Product troubleshooting and failure analysis
- Create and update BOM and work instruction
- Prepare Build Aid, Qplan, PFMEA, and other engineering documentation
- Responsible in preparing and revise the engineering change like ECR/ECN/PCN
- Monitor and improve product yield
- Constantly improve processes, jigs, and fixtures in order to increase the production output and productivity.
- Able to handle new products- FA /pilot build with minimum supervision
- New product process flow creation and implementation.
- Responsible in process improvement and cost-saving projects
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in PCBA and system assembly processes.
- Possess a Degree in Electronics /Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Good technical knowledge in circuit theory, Electrical and Electronics Technology.
- Good in statistical process control.
- Experience in Mechanical Box Build and Back End assembly will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge in creating and updating BOM and work instructions are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
