Responsibilities
Working Hours / Location:
Working Days: Work 4 days Off 2 days
Working Hours: 0530 - 1530 & 1500 - 0100
Location: Changi Airport
Basic + Allowances + Incentives!!
Job Scope:
Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions
Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining & retail options
Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed
Job Requirements:
Min GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
Min 1 year of customer service experience
Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds
