Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1) Manage inbound, outbound, shipment, and order processing accurately in the system in line with KPI requirements.
2) Ensure all customer administrative tasks are completed on time, including sending required documents via email
3) Prepare DDR (Discrepancy / Damage / Delivery Report) for any shipment issues such as shortages, damages, or incorrect deliveries.
4) Handle replenishment activities and ensure stock data is consistently updated in the system.
5) Monitor loading activities and provide timely status updates to customers via WhatsApp.
6) Support cycle count and stock take activities as requested by customers.
7) Ensure all VAS (Value Added Services) are executed according to customer requirements and operational procedures.
8) Maintain proper documentation and organized filing system.
9) Assist in warehouse audits and perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Location : Section 33, Shah Alam
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
