Responsibilities

• To assist Project Manager the daily operations of the Installation & Service team by planning and distributing resources effectively to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
• To maintain accountability for performance metrics, including monthly revenue, and operational productivity.
• To drive continuous improvements to achieve service excellence and business goals.
• To oversee and ensure the effective delivery of installation & services to meet customer expectations and company standards.
• To assist Assistant Manager or Project Manager to train, and support the installation & service team, including setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
• To manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• To develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance installation & service efficiency and effectiveness.
• To manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure installation & service operations run smoothly.
• To track and analyze installation & service metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or related engineering field
• Minimum 2–3 years working experience in installation, servicing, or project engineering role
• Experience in ELV / security / fire protection / electronic systems is an advantage
• Experience in Genetec system
