Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & DevOps
- Deploy, configure, and maintain platform services onKubernetes (EKS)usingHelm.
- Build portable infrastructure to enable seamless migration across Kubernetes clusters.
- Develop and optimizeCI/CD pipelinesfor automated, secure, and repeatable deployments.
- Develop platform tools, custom operators, and backend servicesexclusively in Golang.
- Maintain a Go-centric engineering environment for all backend, automation, and DevOps tooling (Node.js is not used for infrastructure or backend development).
- Develop and maintain IRM dashboard features usingTypeScriptandpnpm.
- Enhance platform observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Support BAU operations and participate in on-call rotations to ensure service reliability.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to engineering governance throughRFCs (Requests for Comments)andADRs (Architecture Decision Records).
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, Linux, networking, and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience or solid knowledge ofKubernetes, Docker/Containers, and Helm.
- Strong proficiency inGolang(mandatory for backend and automation).
- Proficiency inTypeScriptandpnpmfor frontend development.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
