Description and Requirements

Summary - Junior AI-Driven Web Developer to help build the next generation web authentication experience for Lenovo's Identity Provider (IdP) platform.

Role Overview

  • Learn how modern identity systems (OAuth2, OIDC, MFA, Passkeys) integrate with web applications
  • Build authentication-related web applications using React and modern frontend frameworks
  • Use AI tools (LLMs, coding agents) to accelerate development, testing, and documentation
  • Explore how identity systems will support future AI agents and machine actors

Responsibilities

  • Develop web-based authentication interfaces and applications using React or similar frameworks
  • Build secure login, MFA, and account management UI components
  • Integrate frontend applications with OAuth2/OIDC authentication APIs
  • Participate in AI-assisted development workflows (code generation, testing, documentation)
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to design secure API interactions
  • Help prototype next-generation identity experiences for web and device ecosystems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1- 4 year's experience in Web development as front-end web development.
  • Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and modern web development
  • Familiarity with React, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks
  • Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST APIs)
  • Interest in web security and modern authentication technologies

Strong Plus
  • Understanding of OAuth2 / OIDC / JWT concepts
  • Experience building React-based web applications
  • Experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, coding agents)
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, npm)
