Responsibilities
A. Installation (if applicable)
•
Site inspection and load requirement analysis.
•
Delivery and installation of UPS units.
•
Electrical cabling and integration with main power systems.
•
Initial configuration, testing, and commissioning.
B. Monitoring Services
•
24/7 remote monitoring of UPS status and alarms.
•
Real-time alerts for battery issues, temperature, and power anomalies.
•
Data logging for performance analysis and reporting.
C. Preventive Maintenance
•
Scheduled inspections (monthly/quarterly/annually).
•
Battery health checks and testing.
•
Dust cleaning, tightening connections, fan and inverter checks.
•
Firmware updates as needed.
D. Corrective Maintenance & Support
•
On-site troubleshooting and repair within agreed SLA.
•
Replacement of faulty parts or batteries.
•
Emergency response support for power failures.
•
Technical support via phone, email, or portal.
4. Deliverables
•
UPS Installation Report (if applicable).
•
Monitoring dashboard and access credentials.
•
Preventive Maintenance Reports.
•
Fault and Rectification Reports.
•
SLA Compliance Reports.
