Responsibilities

• Extract data from diverse data sources, design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Utilize Hive, Spark, and Presto for big data processing and analysis.
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business departments to understand data requirements and provide technical support.
• Build resilient data architectures from complex data sources to ensure the consistency and accuracy of data computation.
• Optimize data processing workflows to improve overall efficiency and performance.
• Support business-related data pushes and dashboard development requirements.
• Support the collection of competitor-related data and assist in building the infrastructure for competitive analysis.
• Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure code maintainability and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in big data engineering; prior experience in data analysis is a strong plus.
• Proficient in using Hive, Spark, and Presto for data processing and analysis.
• Extensive experience in ETL development and familiarity with common data transformation tools.
• Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong Python programming skills; knowledge of Java or Scala is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Bash scripting is a plus.
• Prior work experience in Cryptocurrency or Web3-related fields is preferred.
