Responsibilities
Location: Singapore
Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
This is not an internal IT role.
This is not a helpdesk job.
This is a vendor-grade technical leadership role where you operate at the level of OEM engineering standards, supporting mission-critical server and storage environments across regions.
At Maintech, you will:
• Deliver OEM-aligned expertise across Dell, Lenovo, and HPE platforms
• Act as the highest escalation point (L3) across global teams
• Drive resolution for issues that others cannot solve

• What You’ll Own
• Global Escalation Leadership
• Act as the final escalation point (L3) for complex server and storage incidents
• Take full ownership of incident resolution strategy and technical direction
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive permanent corrective actions

• OEM-Level Hardware Expertise
• Serve as SME across:
o Dell / Lenovo / HPE server platforms
o Enterprise storage systems (SAN / NAS / RAID environments)
• Provide deep technical guidance on:
o Hardware failures and performance degradation
o RAID, controller, firmware, and system-level issues
o Complex diagnostic scenarios beyond standard playbooks
• Act as an extension of OEM-level expertise, delivering advanced hardware support

• Provide real-time technical direction to onsite engineers and global L1/L2 teams
• Advise on:
o Break-fix strategies
o FRU replacement decisions
o Corrective actions under critical conditions
• Ensure consistent technical quality across regions
