Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
• Build and support robust backend services using C#/.NET or Java.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, Next.js, or related frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root cause analysis for critical issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers where applicable.
• Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong background in C#/.NET or Java development.
• Experience with React, Next.js, or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Full-stack development experience is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, APIs, web application architecture, and system integration.
• Substantial experience in application development, with production support experience considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
