Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Maintain proper filing and document control systems for all project-related documents.
  • Support project claims, progress billings, and contract administration activities.
  • Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist in procurement documentation, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
  • Maintain proper records of project expenses and administrative transactions.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Candidates with 2 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with tendering procedures, subcontract management, and commercial evaluation.
  • Good understanding of construction contracts, commercial terms, and project delivery processes.
