Full Time Specification - Project Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in ASSA ABLOY SINGAPORE PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and support product specifications, technical submissions, and tender documents
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, distributors, and internal teams on project updates
• Track project progress from specification to award, delivery, and completion
• Prepare and follow up on progress claims and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate project reports, documentation, and pipeline tracking
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of all project-related documents
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project and business needs

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field
• Minimum5 years of relevant experience in construction, building materials, or project coordination preferred
• Knowledge of construction practices and regulations; familiarity with Singapore standards is an advantage
• Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Good communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
