Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and control quality throughout machine manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Inspect fabrication, welding, assembly, wiring, and finishing workmanship.
• Verify materials and components meet engineering specifications and technical requirements.
• Conduct in-process inspections, final inspections, and FAT verification.
• Liaise with technicians, fabricators and suppliers on quality matters.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support ISO 9001 quality management activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machinery manufacturing, and quality inspection.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in food processing or automation machinery industry is an added advantage.
