Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with general administrative and coordination tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Help organize and maintain underwriting and policy documentation.
- Perform basic data entry and data quality checks.
- Assist with research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Observe the underwriting and policy issuance process to understand how insurance business operates.
- Support ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by the department.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Risk Management, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
