Your key responsibilities will include:

‧ Understand and learn about the technology development processes

‧ Help and support improvement processes on existing and new project Project will involve in either RFSOI or BCD, or DEVICE area

‧ This internship offers hands-on experience in process engineering within a dynamic and innovative environment.

‧ Interface with fab teams to scale new technologies from R&D to production.

‧ Evaluate emerging materials, process modules, and device structures to enhance department performance.

Qualifications

‧ Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or related field.

Internship period

‧ July 2026 onwards (at least 5 months and above) - full time internship only

‧ Students who study in Singapore only
