Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and overall project performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
• Perform schedule analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, commitments, and expenditure.
• Analyse schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support project managers with forecasting, risk assessments, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate planning and project control activities with engineering, procurement, construction, clients, and subcontractors.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide planning and project control support throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Planner, Project Control Engineer, or Project Controls Engineer.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project controls, including cost control, schedule control, forecasting, progress measurement, and performance reporting.
• Proven experience supporting EPCC, pipeline, mechanical, civil, or oil & gas projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), cost forecasting, and project reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
