Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Provide L2 production support for web, mobile, and backend applications.
-Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA.
-Perform incident triage, log analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
-Escalate complex issues to L3 teams and support L1 Service Desk.
-Monitor application health, batch jobs, and system performance.
-Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements:
-0–2 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or AMS.
-Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
-Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Willing to work 24x7 shift and on-call support.
-Experience in the Airline, Aviation, or Travel domain is an added advantage (Fresh graduates within this domain are most welcome)
-Prefer local candidates only
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
