To support training delivery, coordination, material preparation, record maintenance, reporting, and retail training initiatives that strengthen store staff capability, improve learning effectiveness, and enhance operational performance across store teams.
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure all STP1 documentations are ready. All the documents need to be printed, stapler & stamp.
- STP1 attendance email to HR & stores, assists STP1 trainer in HR documents check.
- Assist FHT Trainer on certificate FHT print.
- Nametag preparation for STP1 class.
- Assist STP1 trainer for uniforms distribution to trainee & update in system.
- HRDC registration & update in SharePoint.
- Maintain cleanliness & maintenance issues in training center.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Retail Management, Education, Communication or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or design tools will be added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to learn retail operations, training coordination, staff development, and learning administration processes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete assigned tasks within given timelines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with trainers, store teams, and internal departments.
- Working location at Amcorp Mall (Conveniently located next to Taman Jaya LRT Station)
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
