Full Time Administrator (E-Commerce) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,000 in ALFON INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

The E-commerce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the company's online sales platforms. This role ensures orders are processed efficiently, inventory is updated, and customers receive excellent service. The position also supports platform optimization, and administrative tasks such as daily delivery routing to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Orders processing and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee).
• Familiar with delivery postal codes (e.g 01, 44, 06 etc)
• To plan daily delivery route for delivery team
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates with the warehouse or inventory team.
• Process online orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or marketplace messaging systems.
• Coordinate with in-house delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, and product updates.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and warehouse teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• O Levels or
• Diploma in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of administrative or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Experience using e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, or Shopee is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with inventory management systems is desirable.
