Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Prepare and control of W/l registration number.
• Prepare and control of NC-Program registration number.
• Prepare and control of W/l Master Copy document.
• Prepare and control of W/l filling for Master Copy document.
• Prepare and control of W/I Uncontrolled Copy document and distribute to Machine Shop Department.
• To dispose of old & obsolete W/l Uncontrolled Copy document from Machine Shop Department.
• Prepare and control of Work Procedure registration.
• Prepare relevant technical documentation about the process

Skills:

• Effective writing, reading and communications skills.
• Must be computer literate with the ability to prepare documentation.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
• Ability to multi-task and perform all other essential functions of this position.
• Excellent inter-personal skills to build relationship internally and externally.
• Reliable and flexible in their approach.
• Analytical thinker.
• Familiarity with state health and safety regulations.

Qualification:

• Certificate/Diploma in any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple documents and tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
