About Us:

SSR Cleaning is a trusted leader in providing top-tier cleaning and facility management services. We pride ourselves on operational excellence and maintaining high standards for our clients. We are currently seeking an organized, independent, and proactive Administrative Executive to manage our on-site administrative operations at our AIMST site.

If you are a self-starter who excels at documentation and customer relations, we want you on our team!

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Perfect for those who love an early start and beating the evening rush hour!)

Saturday: Half-day

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Customer Relations: Act as the primary on-site administrative contact for the client (AIMST) and customers, handling inquiries and maintaining excellent professional relationships.

Documentation & Record-Keeping: Systematically manage, update, and maintain all site records, attendance, service logs, and compliance paperwork.

Independent Operations: Take full ownership of daily site administration with minimal supervision, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Reporting: Prepare regular administrative reports and coordinate directly with the SSR Cleaning main management team.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Site Administrator, or a similar role.

Skills: Strong expertise in documentation, filing systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently deal with clients and on-site staff.

Work Ethic: Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and fully capable of working independently on-site.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for report writing and data entry.
