Content Creator

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Kilang Cetak Now, Lot 54838, Kawasan Perindustrian Gong Badak, 21300 Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital content including posters, short videos, and promotional materials for marketing purposes
• Plan and produce social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
• Conduct live sessions to promote products, services, programs, and company promotions
• Develop creative ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Capture photos and videos of products, printing processes, and company activities for marketing content
• Edit videos and design promotional graphics suitable for digital platforms
• Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams to ensure marketing content aligns with company campaigns and promotions
• Monitor social media performance and improve content strategies based on engagement and audience response

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Media, Marketing, Multimedia, Communication, or related field
• Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic skills in graphic design and video editing
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and live streaming tools
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable appearing in videos or live sessions when required
• Able to work independently and generate creative content ideas
• Good communication and teamwork skills
