The Opportunity

The Technology Associate Programme is designed to develop future technology leaders through structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and practical project experience.

As a Technology Associate – Cybersecurity, you will:

  • Gain hands-on experience through rotational assignments across cybersecurity and technology functions.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives by analysing security risks, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to business and technology projects.
  • Participate in security operations, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), vulnerability management, cloud security, identity & access management, or other cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business improvement and digital transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to gain exposure to strategic priorities and organisational decision-making.
  • Develop analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities while building broad business and technology knowledge.

We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 12 months of professional working experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Security, Network Security, Digital Forensics, Information Technology (Security), Computer Science (Security), or a related cybersecurity discipline.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated digital aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
  • Self-motivated, curious, accountable, resilient, and customer-focused.
  • Willing to participate in rotational assignments and travel for business or on-site engagements when required.
  • Keen to explore different technology functions and develop cross-functional business knowledge.

Nice to Have

  • CGPA of 3.50 or above (or equivalent).
  • Internship or project experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Network Security, Information Technology, Digital Forensics, or other IT Security-related initiatives.
  • Exposure to data analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, or cybersecurity technologies.
  • Leadership experience through university, student organisations, or community activities.
