Production Support Engineer (Python | Shell Scripting)

Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)

We are currently looking for a Junior L2 Production Support Engineer to support mission-critical banking applications. If you have a strong foundation in production support and enjoy troubleshooting, automation, and Linux environments, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 production support for business applications and batch jobs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance.
• Develop and maintain Python and Shell scripts for automation.
• Execute SQL queries and support Linux/Unix environments.
• Support Java/J2EE applications and collaborate with development teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Application/Production Support experience
• Hands-on experience with:
• PythonShell Scripting
• SQLLinux/UnixBasic knowledge of Java/J2EE.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays (Off-in-Lieu provided).

Preferred:

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Exposure to JBoss, MariaDB, MQ, Job Scheduler, or Connect:Direct (C:D).

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
