What you'll do

• Build and optimise high-performance KDB+/q systems processing real-time market data
• Own scalable, low-latency infrastructure powering trading and analytics
• Sit alongside Quant Researchers, Traders, and PMs — shipping production-grade solutions they rely on daily
• Push performance, reliability, and scale across core data platforms
• Weigh in on architecture and design decisions that set the firm's technical direction

What we're looking for

• STEM degree — CS, engineering, maths, or physics
• 1+ years of hands-on KDB+/Q in production or trading environments
• Real-time market data, time-series, or electronic trading infrastructure exposure
• Sharp instincts for low-latency, high-performance system design
• Clear communicator who works well with quants and traders alike
