Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proficient in 2D & 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Knowledge of mechanical design, GD&T, manufacturing processes, automation systems, and robotics integration.
• Familiar with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description

• Design and develop mechanical systems, jigs, fixtures, tooling, and automation equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Create 2D and 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Perform mechanical analysis, material selection, and design validation to ensure reliability and functionality.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, production, and quality teams during machine development and integration.
• Develop prototypes, conduct testing, troubleshoot design issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), assembly instructions, maintenance manuals, and engineering documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Support project planning, cost estimation, and timely execution of engineering projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace while promoting safe work practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
