Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in AI development, Azure DevOps, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions, multi-agent orchestration, and production-grade Python applications within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and AI solutions.
• Build and support agentic AI implementations with multi-agent communication and orchestration.
• Develop and optimize applications using Databricks (DBx).
• Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and release management.
• Implement memory management strategies for AI agent development.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production applications, including logging and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (DBx).
• Experience building Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and communication.
• Experience implementing memory management for AI agents.
• Exposure to production support, including logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
