Job Summary

You will perform quality control checks on electronic products, prepare technical and QC reports, assist customers at the service centre, and support department operations and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing electronic products to ensure quality standards are met and identify defects or issues
• Compile and submit daily and monthly technical and quality control reports to track product performance and quality trends
• Respond to incoming calls and assist walk-in customers at the customer service centre to resolve product inquiries and issues
• Sort and filter returned products to determine appropriate processing such as repair, exchange, or disposal
• Prepare items for one-to-one exchanges accurately to meet customer service requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient department operations and safety
• Support company events by assisting with setup, coordination, and other tasks as assigned
• Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the technical department and General Manager to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in soldering to support product repair and quality checks
• Familiarity with or interest in electronics to understand product functions and issues
• Strong work ethic demonstrated by reliability and commitment to tasks
• Willingness to learn new skills and collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum education requirement is ITE
