Role: Lead Science instructor specializing in IB (DP/MYP) and A-Level curricula.

Inquiry-Based Delivery: Spearhead engaging lessons that bring science to life, specifically focusing on the rigorous requirements of IB (DP/MYP) and A-Level syllabi.
Proactive Curriculum Ownership: Take the initiative to develop, refine, and modernize our science resources, ensuring that our teaching materials remain cutting-edge and exam-relevant.
Conceptual Breakthroughs: Actively identify and address student learning gaps, using your own initiative to pivot teaching strategies for better comprehension.
Experimental Mentorship: Guide students through practical assessments (IA/Practical Papers), fostering the scientific method, data accuracy, and analytical rigour.
Holistic Student Growth: Maintain a strong, supportive relationship with students and parents, acting as a dedicated advocate for the student's academic journey.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively stay updated with the latest changes in IB and A-Level assessment trends and incorporate these insights into your teaching practice.
Passion-Driven Background: Degree in Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related Engineering/Science field.
Experience: Experience in teaching Science at the secondary or pre-university levels, with a deep understanding of IB/A-Level assessment criteria is preffered. strong passion for teaching are also welcome to apply.
Intellectual Initiative: A demonstrated ability to create your own learning materials and interest in exploring new pedagogical methods (e.g., using simulations, lab-style demos, or digital tools).
Communication Mastery: The ability to simplify abstract scientific principles into logical, relatable narratives.
