Job Title: Sr Software Engineer

Location: Remote, open to CW located in any of the country locations can support Flex Contractors, as long as they have US working hours overlap (preferably EST hours). Please reach out to the program team if you have any questions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to help support the Go-to-Market Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions across our business applications. The ideal candidate is a self-driven developer with deep expertise in JavaScript, Python, and modern software development practices, capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable, reliable technical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend and frontend applications using Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React, or equivalent), and other standard programming languages.
• System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design application architectures, database models, and secure, high-performing APIs.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, well-tested, and documented code. Actively participate in and lead code reviews, mentor mid-level and junior engineers, and champion engineering standards.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Support software deployment pipelines (CI/CD), manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and utilize containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) to ensure seamless application delivery.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and production bugs.
• Integrations: Build and manage integrations between internal systems, third-party applications, and databases to ensure clean data flow and system synchronization.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7+ years of software engineering experience at a fast-paced technology company.
• Programming Languages:
• Strong proficiency in Python and its associated frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Flask).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and its ecosystems (e.g., Node.js, React, Vue, or Angular).
• Database & Cloud: Proven experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases, alongside hands-on experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• API Development: Comprehensive experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Testing & Tools: Proficient with testing frameworks and version control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
