Job Summary
Provide warm, professional service and operational support in F&B outlets to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, smooth daily operations, and an exceptional dining experience for club members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet club members and guests warmly and personally in all F&B outlets to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and high-quality food and beverage service with attention to detail and efficiency
- Use thorough menu knowledge, including ingredients and preparation, to confidently recommend dishes and enhance dining experiences
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Restaurant and Banquet Managers for smooth daily operations
- Participate actively in daily F&B briefings and communicate key information to the team
- Collaborate with managers to update Point-of-Sales systems, menus, discounts, and menu engineering
- Oversee production, formatting, and quality control of menus, wine lists, event signage, and food tags for all dining and banquet functions
- Coordinate with the Marketing Communications team to align marketing collaterals with promotions and events
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service to ensure smooth, personalized guest experiences aligned with club standards
- Lead upselling efforts by recommending food and beverage pairings, especially wines, to enhance dining and increase sales
- Train and support service staff in upselling key dishes, wines, and promotions through menu knowledge and guest engagement
- Monitor adherence to service sequences and hospitality standards to ensure consistent high-quality experiences
- Supervise setup and resetting of tables, service stations, and work areas to maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure all dining, bar, coffee stations, and service areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Regularly check and replenish table settings, condiments, and napkins for member convenience
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and service speed according to club expectations
- Collaborate effectively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Communicate professionally with supervisors to resolve service-related issues and suggest improvements
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support overall dining facility operations
