Full Time Import Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Shipco Transport Selangor - Maukerja

Working Location -

A-5-2, 5th Floor, South Tower, BBT One The Towers, Lebuh Batu Nilam 1, Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang, Selangor, 41200, Malaysia.

Job Description

1) Received Pre-Alert from origin/ agents

• Check documents received - MBL / HBL / Manifest /PNL Invoice / Imo declaration form
• Check MBL total quantity / measurement match against individual HBL
• Check container cargo commodity - DG or critical cargo.
• Pass a copy of the transhipment HBL to transhipment dept

2) Checking shipment status

• Carrier website to check vessel eta PKL and discharge terminal ( Northport or Westport)
• Port terminal to check on the vessel information - SCN & SID

3) Preparing & Sending Arrival Notice / Preparing and releasing of Delivery order (DO)

• Request from consignee copy of the ultimate final BL / correction manifest for Delivery order
• issuance and custom manifest submission.

4) Request Arrival Notice from Carrier

• Following up with carrier for the Arrival Notice / Tax invoice
• Checking the Arrival Notice information match to MBL - MBL ref no / container no / cargo quantity / weight / cbm
• Arrange the payment and issue LOI letter to carrier and follow up for the EDO release.
• DG list approved from Port Klang Authority

5) Documents send to warehouse

• Send cargo manifest and dg list to warehouse

6) Submission of ZB1 custom declaration

7) Submission of custom manifest (K4)

8) Warehouse unstuffing

9) Tally sheet / photo

10) Invoice approval / File closing / Upload the documents into Phoenix system.

11) Cargo collection / warehouse stock balance

Job Requirement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Ocean freight forwarding industries
• Knowledge of local and international governmental, customs formality, road security and compliance, carrier arrangement, and DG regulations
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and with minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
