Job Purpose

ServiceNow Developer Architect

Provides strategic leadership in designing and governing the ServiceNow platform and ROC operations. Works across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules to ensure alignment with enterprise needs. Supports the business by delivering a scalable, integrated, and resilient digital service management environment development within 5 year road map.

• 6–10+ years of hands-on experience leading ServiceNow architecture and development initiatives.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, and CMDB design, data modeling, and service mapping including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM, and HAM.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow solutions, integrating multiple modules and external tools.
• Strong workflow and automation design skills, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and business rules for complex processes.
• Experience in CMDB design, data modeling, and service mapping, ensuring accurate service visibility and impact analysis.
• Expertise in integration strategies, including APIs, MID Servers, and external monitoring/business systems (Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, SolarWinds).
• Skilled in platform governance, upgrade planning, and risk management, ensuring compliance, stability, and performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, collaborating with IT, business units, vendors, and leadership.
• Experience in mentoring and knowledge transfer, building capabilities for developers, admins, and ROC operations teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities, able to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
