Job Title: Systems Engineer (MBSE & System Integration) | Linux

Contract Duration: 16 Months (Renewability based on the performance & business needs)

Industry: BPO (Banking)

Working Location: TRX/Klang Valley

Working schedule: Office Hour (Monday - Friday)

Salary & Compensation: Basic Salary Up to RM 6,500 (based on skill and experience) + Statutory contribution + Leave entitlement + Medical insurance

Availability: Can start within July/August 2026

Job Summary

We are looking for a Linux Systems Engineering Practitioner to design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products, including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. In this role, you will work independently, contribute as a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop innovative engineering solutions for complex systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products, including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods.
• Manage feature plan implementation.
• Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA).
• Develop innovative engineering solutions for complex systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration.
• Conduct thorough analysis of system requirements and performance metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes.
• Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Linux System Administration or Systems Engineering.
• Intermediate proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Able to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Controller Area Network (CAN).
• Experience in Technical Writing.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure or large-scale system environments.
• Exposure to engineering simulations and system integration projects.
