Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum with Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) or any equivalent qualification.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or any related field will be an advantage.
  • Good Communication skills in English both writing and verbally.
  • Problem Solving Skills and Team Oriented.
  • Intake: August 2026 onwards.
  • Location: Bukit Jalil. Kuala Lumpur

Job Scopes:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, binding, scanning, and filing.
  • Handle company phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, letters, and/or any relevant reports.
  • Assist in purchasing and HR activities under supervision of Management.
  • Any other work assigned by Management.

WORKING HOURS:

  • Monday-Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

SALARY:

  • RM 1700 - 2000 per month
