Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Admin Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the department. This role ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating communication between departments, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and assisting with administrative functions to support efficient service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for daily departmental operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle administrative requests.
  • Prepare daily reports, filing, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
  • Monitor office or departmental supplies and coordinate stock requests.
  • Maintain and update departmental records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assist the Department Head with scheduling, attendance records, and other administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate follow-up on operational matters and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support departmental projects and activities as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
  • Able to work on weekends, and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
