Responsibilities
Job Description & Requirements:
- Data Maintenance within Geneva Fund Accounting System:
- Investor subscriptions and redemptions
- Maintaining and Uploading of Accounting Transactions
- Maintaining of daily reports of Trial Balance, Position Listing, Cash Statementand Shadow Daily NAV using Reconciliation tools.
- Data maintenance and tracking of all funds within group level.e.Reconcile any workflow manager and data feed
- Review NAV reports and Shareholder register reports issued by the fund administrators
- Support the funds’ audit and MAS annual declaration.
- Data maintenance of all fund related activities.
- Liase with external stakeholders on FPAM requirements for system built.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Fund Management Activities.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Degree holder (Finance/Accounting/Business).
Attributes and skills:
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL Query.
- Good working knowledge of financial products (equities, fixed income, etc.)
