Perform front-line customer help desk support. POS hardware equipment troubleshooting and repair. Provide on-site ad-hoc IT hardware/software maintenance support. Perform rotating shift work duties including weekends and Public Holidays.

Requirements:

ITE / Diploma in IT-related field Must be willing to work shift duties including weekends and Public Holidays. Good Communication and Interpersonal skills Relevant experience is an advantage
