Job Description
- To supervise daily construction activities, ensuring quality of works and all works carried out/material used is strictly in accordance to specification and required standard
- To keep daily record of all construction activities at site and to report to superior of any site problem
- To check all construction drawings and specifications and method statement; report for any discrepancies detected
- To perform QC policies strictly and to ensure works completed to the required Standards
- To attend the inspection and testing carried out by contractor and documented all the reports and results
- To attend site meeting and technical meeting
- To issue site memo and NCR to contractors for work not complying to the required Quality Standard, Construction Drawings and specifications
- To work closely with consultant
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Building Service or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in supervision of construction and property development
- Working knowledge related to construction and property development.
- Preferable have M&E working experience in commercial/residential projects.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
