Job Description:

1. Technical Data and Quotation Management

• Review Technical Data Packs (TDP) to determine Bills of Material (BOM) and Process Matrices for quotation purposes.
• Update BOM upon project approval.

2. Process Planning

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for first article proving and production, ensuring:

• Optimal use of in-house or subcontractor facilities.
• Processes minimize production costs while maintaining quality and meeting schedules.
• Coordination with production shops and tooling (TPO) teams.

3. Documentation and Standards

• Prepare and authorize process planning sheets and Standard Process Instructions (SPS).
• Maintain and update documentation revisions and configuration management records.

4. Technical Investigations and Problem Solving

• Analyze First Article rejection trends and resolve through Technical Review Board (TRB) actions.
• Address manufacturing challenges by proposing new methods to improve quality

5. Collaboration and Communication

• follow-up actions for First Article items.
• Liaise with PPC, Quality, and production departments to address technical issues and Work closely with other departments to ensure process alignment and effective resource management.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Drive initiatives to enhance production cvcle times and optimize workflows.
• Lead continuous improvement programs to achieve better efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

7. Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all production processes.

8. Other Duties

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager, Engineering Manager, or Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or any related field.
• Proven Experience in Process Planning.
• Strong Analytical in process planning or similar role.
• Effective communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standard.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
