JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive (Learning & Development) to support the planning, coordination, and administration of employee learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth execution of training programmes, maintain accurate training records, and assist in developing engaging learning materials while ensuring compliance with HRDC requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and administer internal and external training programmes, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare training schedules, invitations, attendance records, and post-training evaluations.
- Liaise with trainers, facilitators, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Maintain and update employee training records, learning databases, and training reports.
- Process HRDC claims and ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
- Assist in designing training materials, posters, presentations, and promotional content using Canva or other design platforms.
- Generate periodic reports on training attendance, effectiveness, and learning hours.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the team as assigned.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, learning & development, training coordination, or a related function.
- Fresh graduates with strong administrative and organisational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of e-Tris/HRDC claim procedures and submissions is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Canva or other graphic design/editorial platforms is preferred.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
Work Location: In person
