We are looking for an experienced Cloudera Tech Lead / Solution Architect to lead a large-scale Enterprise Data Modernization (EDM) initiative for a leading banking environment. This role will focus on migrating legacy platforms such as Netezza, DataStage, and Talend into a modern Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) Lakehouse ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and migration strategy for enterprise-scale data modernization
Design and implement CDP Base on bare-metal infrastructure with HDFS & Ozone storage
Standardize Lakehouse architecture using Apache Iceberg
Modernize ETL workloads from DataStage to Spark SQL/DataFrames
Refactor complex Netezza Stored Procedures and UDFs
Migrate ZENA workflows and shell scripts into Apache Airflow DAGs
Implement governance, security, and data quality frameworks using Ranger, Atlas, and Great Expectations
Collaborate with business, regulatory, and project steering stakeholders
Ensure compliance with BNM Project STREAM Phase-1 requirements

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Cloudera CDP Private Cloud Base
Spark 3 on YARN, Hive, NiFi
Apache Iceberg, HDFS, Ozone
IBM Netezza, IBM DataStage, Talend
Apache Airflow, Ranger, OpenMetadata, Cloudera Atlas
Great Expectations (GX), SQL, Python
Experience in enterprise Data Warehouse Modernization projects
Banking domain experience preferred
Cloudera Certified Professional – Mandatory
