Key Responsibilities

  • Support the launch and ongoing delivery of new programmes and future portfolio offerings.

  • Work closely with Colleges, Schools, faculty, and central administrative units to ensure smooth programme operations, service excellence, and compliance with University requirements.

  • Lead or coordinate the development of new programme proposals in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, professional bodies, employers, and industry partners.

  • Support outreach and promotional efforts for the programme portfolio, including recruitment activities, information sessions, and stakeholder engagement sessions.

  • Oversee reporting, data consolidation, quality assurance, accreditation-related processes, and administrative governance for the portfolio.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support programme relevance, partnership development, and institutional objectives.

  • Lead and supervise a small team, providing direction, support, and performance oversight.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • A good Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.

  • Relevant experience in programme management, higher education administration, continuing education, partnership development, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programmes or projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing timelines.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across academic, administrative, and external partner groups.

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead operations with attention to quality, service standards, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience in supervising or guiding staff, with the ability to lead a small team effectively.

Good-to-Have

  • A postgraduate qualification in education, business, management, public administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in higher education, lifelong learning, work-study, or industry-linked education environments.

  • Familiarity with quality assurance, accreditation, academic governance, or reporting requirements in an education setting.

  • Experience in new programme development, policy implementation, or cross-sector partnership management.

  • Confidence in using data, digital systems, and reporting tools to support decision-making and programme management.

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.

  • Professional and confident in engaging stakeholders at different levels.

  • Able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
